Bowser Gallery - Terms of Use

Effective date: July 6th, 2024

This Terms of Use (the "Agreement") is entered into between R0mainMK ("Bot Owner") and the user ("User") of the Bowser Gallery Discord bot (the "Bot").

By using the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should immediately discontinue use of the Bot.

1. Access of the Bot: Any registered Discord user can add the Bot to their server who follows the guidelines of the article 3. It is highly recommended to server administrators to grant only the permissions the Bot is seeking for in order to work.

2. Use of the Bot: Any Discord user that is in a server with the Bot and have the necessary server permissions to trigger the Bot can use it freely.

3. Guidelines of servers: The bot may be removed or restricted from usage on the server by the Bot Owner at any time if the server of the user doesn't follow those guidelines: 

• The bot shall not be in not safe for work servers. That mostly includes servers where stuff like gore, porn and anything very inappropriate is the main topic.
• The bot shall not be in servers where homophobia, transphobia, racism or any form of identity attack is done.
• The bot shall not be in servers where violence, alcohol, drugs or anything that is extremely illegal is the topic.
• The bot shall not be in servers that are considered as spam.
• The bot shall not be in servers that are breaking Discord Terms of Service.
• While there's no rate limit for running commands, any server that tries on purpose to make the Bot in a degraded state will be restricted.

4. Modifications to the Bot: The Bot Owner may modify or discontinue the Bot at any time with or without notice.

5. Content Copyright: All pictures saved in the Bot are falling into content copyright that belongs to Nintendo who owns all the rights of the character "Bowser".
