By using the bot, you hereby consent to the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Data access

The Data stored in the Bot can only be accessed by the Bot Owner and is securely stored in Amazon's AWS datacenters.

Data collected

The Data collected is coming from the official Discord API. Here is a list of what is collected:

Server Name
Server Icon
Server Member Count when Bot joins
Server Owner ID
Users may send requests to the Bot Owner via specific commands, by sending them, the bot will collect the Discord username and it's ID (a long number string that is unique to every Discord account) to identify the requester.

Messages sent in servers are NOT collected.

How the Data is used

The Data collected is used for:

Identifying members who are using Bowser Gallery and eventually contact them if needs be.

Analytics purposes (How many servers the Bot is in ect...)

Deleting your data logged

According to most regulations over the world, you have a right to request the deletion of your data logged by the Bot. This can be done either by sending a message to the Bot to open a support ticket or by contacting the Bot Owner at the following address: romain@thebowserguy.me. This can take up to a few days depending of Bot Owner's availability.
